the photo when I've started to run

Today I've run under a real Scottish windy, very windy shower. I was a bit scared at the begining, but I've kept going. When the shower started I was about to stop running and to find a place to hide myself somewhere until the shower  was over, but a inner voice was telling me to keep going, otherwise my body temperature will lower and that will make my return home more difficult. I stopped runing at some point. It was very rainy and windy, so I was just walking. Walking very fast. Then from time to time, I was trying to run easily. Finally, I arrived home, I've left all my clothes, cause all were absolutely wet, and put dry warmth clothes on me. Now, I'll take a nice shower, i'll have my breakfast, and i'll try to understand what happened, because I feel like I was in the middle of a hurricane and I've done something over my powers, and I've realised that we, the human beings, we are capable of crazy and unusual things and that we many times underestimate our potential.

yeah, that was a very good out of comfort zone during today's run

My lessons today, from my day 3 run, is that we need to keep going when we start to do something, and even if there will be difficulties on our path we are able to over pass them. And, yes, I definitily need a real wind and water proof running jacket. That is a must :)

by the end of the run

Keep challenging yourself, my friends! <3
